Bond earned his BA in Management from Georgia State University in 1986 and has accumulated 30 years of management experience within the Green Industry. With a 16-year tenure at Crabapple, Bond exemplifies Crabapple’s Core Values and effectively implements best practices to lead his team in the management of the properties we serve.

The role of a customer relations manager is to act as a pivot for all landscape-related matters, such as irrigation, maintenance, property walks, punch lists, scheduling, property audits, and design/build proposals.

As the Director of Customer Relations, Bond effectively utilizes his strong communication abilities, systematic approach, and extensive expertise in landscaping to excel in his role.
