Julie is a multifamily professional with 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and property management, known for building strong teams, driving results, and supporting investors and clients with a relationship-first approach.

She holds a BBA in Marketing from North Georgia College and State University and is certified in CAM, ARMS, OSHA, HR, and Event Planning. Julie is an active AAA leader, serving as Membership Captain, Ambassador, Chair of the Can Can Poker Tournament, a Can Can Ball Board Member, and part of the GAA Planning Committee.

A proud Georgia native from Newnan, Julie is the mom of Addison (13), a competitive dancer and performer who keeps life exciting. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find Julie cheering on football or baseball, traveling, enjoying Disney or the beach, and adding to her sports memorabilia collection.
