Located in Deaton Creek, Hoschton, Georgia, Crabapple is undertaking a re-stabilization planting initiative as part of a broader riverbank restoration project. The riverbanks have been experiencing erosion, which poses a serious threat to the integrity of an adjacent city sewer easement. In response to this escalating issue, a team comprising specialists in river and riparian ecosystems, river hydrology, and native plant cultivation has been formed to develop a stabilization and restoration plan in partnership with local city, county, and state officials. This effort is being executed in collaboration with Wofford Earthworks.

At the heart of the community is a beautiful water park featuring a Junior Olympic swimming pool. But the amenities at Seven Hills don’t stop there. Residents also have access to a magnificent clubhouse overlooking a 13-acre water park with ten lighted tennis courts, a pickleball court, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and an Imagination Court. Additionally, a large children’s playground, dog park, picnic pavilion, and scenic hiking and biking trails wind through the community. A four-mile parkway connects Seven Hills’s two large home communities, stores, and amenities. 

Crabapple’s Daily crews work six days per week to meet the needs of this 5,000-acre community. Consistent communication is imperative to address residents’ needs and the concerns of the property manager, maintenance directors, and HOA Board Members.
